Gary, the coach, is a great spotter and definitely understand that the needs of adults are different than those of children. IE: Exercises are OPTIONAL, no conditioning...etc.

Attendees are generally past gymnasts from Airborne who kind of want to hang out and play a bit. Anyone is welcome and the first class is free. From there they generally request a monthly commitment.
